Site deletion not working – need support

    Hi support team,

    I’d like to remove our site engineering.gutefrage.net. When trying to delete the site there is a pop-up reminding me to cancel add-ons (premium). But on the account setting page I don’t see any associated premium products.

    So, what do I need to do to delete my site?

    @mmaretzke can you be sure you’re logged in as the user that owns the upgrade? Only that user will be able to make changes to the upgrades.
