Site deletion without address and password

  Hello,

  I created a site for which I used a university email address.

  This address was deleted after I changed university. I can’t find my account password to change the contact address and set the advanced security settings.

  I would also like to change the content. How can I reopen this account and delete it?

  Thanks for reaching out to us. The account recovery form is how you can provide proof of ownership and restore access to that account. Then you’ll be able to update the email address on the account and move forward with any desired changes.

  You might be able to get the email address reinstated on a temporary basis if you contact the school’s IT department.
