Site description text in capital latters?

  Hi,
  Is it possible with CSS to make the Site Description text in capital letters?
  I wrote it in capital letters in Customize-Site Title, Site Description, Logo but after saving when I go check on the site letters are not in capital letters.

  The theme I use is Snaps, sorry I always forgot to mention it in the first entry I make
