  I want to publish a book in blog format, using pages for chapters. I recall seeing a popup offer to design a site but can no longer find it. I would be willing to pay for a design. I’ve started by using Independent Publisher as a theme but am having difficulty using WP to generate an attractive site. Can you inform me of my options? Thanks. Ron

  You can really use any theme you want. In your case, I’d actually recommend you set up a static site, rather than a blog per se.

  Build Your Website in Five Steps

  You’d create one page for each of your chapters, as you mention, here:
  https://wordpress.com/pages/

  Once you have them saved, you can add each to your custom menu:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  You could set your static front page (described in the first guide I mention) to a summary of your book, or whatever you like!
