Site Design Problems
-
I am attempting to properly modify my site https://tjapple.wordpress.com. I started as a blogroll but need to set a home page and additional pages. I created a successful blogroll but I am having trouble creating separate pages for the site. My ‘dashboard’ states I have created three of the five additional pages and it is my opinion I published them successfully but when I go to the site only the static home page appears. Additionally, I want to remove the calendar and wordpress sites from the right margin but I do not know how to edit it to replace the calendar with an ‘About Me’ box.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
My ‘dashboard’ states I have created three of the five additional pages and it is my opinion I published them successfully but when I go to the site only the static home page appears.
On most WordPress.com themes, the most common method of making the presence of pages other than the homepage known is to provide links to them in a menu, or in a widget. So I’m guessing the absence of links to the additional pages is what you’re referring to.
I notice that your site evidently has a custom theme applied, Quentin. We’re unable to provide support for such themes in this forum, so I’d suggest you contact support for the theme via the merchant you purchased it from. The Setting up your Custom Theme section of WordPress.com’s Uploading & Setting Up Custom Themes support page says:
Since every custom theme is different, it’s best to check your theme’s specific instructions for how to finish setting it up.
A good place to check for additional theme setup options is in the Customizer. You can access the Customizer by going to My Sites → Design → Customize.
If you can’t find your custom theme’s instructions or aren’t sure how to finish setting up your custom theme, we recommend contacting the theme’s support team. They’ll be the most familiar with the theme and in the best position to help you out.
The presence of a custom theme on your site indicates that you’re on the Business Plan (or the eCommerce plan). With each paid WordPress.com plan comes the privilege of Live Chat Support. I’d suggest you try live chat for WordPress.com related issues, although they might be able to provide helpful suggestions regarding custom themes there also.
