Site design – Tag line, Font etc.

Hi !
I’m creating my first blog on WordPress but am not sure how to get on with designing a few things. I have a vision in my mind, but am not sure how to implement it.
The queries I have are outlined below:
1)In the centre of the page, the title currently reads “The Conversation”
I want to add “with Rohan” in smaller font and italics. Is this possible?2) I want to add a tagline directly underneath this title. When I try to add a “text-box” by clicking ‘paragraph’, the tagline appears way below the title.
Similarly, I want to add a site logo above the title, rather than over to the left hand side as if the default. Would really appreciate if someone could help me on this one!Those are the pressing issues for now.
The final q I had is for a little later down the line but,
3) As I publish a new post, I want the title of the post to appear underneath ‘Latest from the blog’ but also the first paragraph of the post and a picture in the background. I saw this on another blog when looking for inspiration and really liked the idea so was wondering how I could implement this into my own blog design!

Hi there, you’ll have limited options for repositioning stuff on a free site without changing themes, but it sounds to me like 1 and 2 could be solved by creating a custom logo that includes all of those elements. Then you can add that and hide the regular title and tagline.
