Site disappeared

  Hello,

  As I am trying to go to my website I get this error message:

  Warning: require(/home/gol48143/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/gol48143/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 66

  Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/home/gol48143/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/gol48143/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 66

  I can’t login anymore via /wp-admin, but still have access to the site via the c-panel. I have no idea how to fix this issue though and what has happened to the site.

  Can anyone direct me towards a solution?

  As we don’t get such errors here, it sounds to me like you are talking about a self-hosted WordPress install rather than a site hosted by WordPress.com

  If so, you’ll need to post in the forum for self-hosted sites over at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username there, you’ll need to register one.

  oops, my apologies. I will head over to the .org website.
  Always very confused between the two.
