Hi ,
We have noticed that your site is a self hosted site, your best way to get help is https://wordpress.org/support/
To know the difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Let us know if you need any further information. -
Thanks Pavanraheja
Did that and this was what mattsrinc (@mattsrinc)suggested
1 year ago:As you have probably found out, the easiest way to disable the plugin is to rename its subdirectory, in this case say theme-test-drive-bak. You can do that via FTP client or in the file manager of your web hosting.
Your old theme and activated website (?) will be seen again with no issues. In order to enable the plugin again, rename its subdirectory again and activate the plugin. But the author needs to make it compatible with WordPress version 4.4+ so don’t use it for now.
Went to my host server and there is no place to do what he suggested. I assume there must be a way to retrieve my site in the dashboard of wordpress…where?
