We cannot help you with knowing what site you’re speaking of, and exactly what it is you want to do.
If you’re speaking about the site at http://www.middleeastone.com, that domain is hosted with Bluehost, so you need to contact either Bluehost support or the WordPress.org forums for help with that site.

As @kokkieh said, you need to contact either Bluehost or https://wordpress.org/support/ for assistance.
