Site disappeared
-
Hello,
I own the site hilisq.com it was connected to my wordpress account. I logged in today and I got an error message from wordpress saying my site could not be accessed, while I could see it if I typed the url, even though it said the connection was not secured and not safe (I have no idea why). I fear that I was hacked perhaps. I have changed my password and logged out, to log in again. When I did so, my site now completely disappeared from wordpress. It says I have no site and asks me to create a new one. So I’ve lost complete access to it even though the url still works and shows it’s up. What should I do to retrieve access to my site ?

Hi there,
The site is no longer appearing in your WordPress.com account because the Jetpack plugin appears to have been disconnected. The only way to reconnect it is to log into WP-Admin directly and to reconnect it from Jetpack settings there. That’s not something we can help with, as we have no access to WP-Admin on your site.
If you’re unable to log into WP-Admin directly, you can find the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
You’ll need to contact your hosting provider, OVH.com, for more help with that.
