Site disappeared

  Hallo,

  I got a notification email to renew my site Domain. When i Login, the Site is no longer visible.

  It says there is no site at all.

  please advise how I can access my site again to renew the domain.

  Hi Sasha,

  What is the domain you’re trying to renew?

  The WordPress.com account you’re currently logged in as doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never bougth a domain, or any other upgrades, from us. So if you do own a domain with WordPress.com, it belongs to a different account.

  Hello,

  Thanks for your reply!

  I had a problem last year logging in as my account was still registered to my previous employer.

  The site i would like to renew & be able to access is…

  sashabunch.com

  Would it be possible to change the login details to my current email address?

  I though this had been done before…

  In order to update that account with your current email address, you will need to verify that you are the owner of the other account.

  If you can fill out the account recovery form, that will assist us in helping you regain your account:

  Recover Your Account

  Your best bet is to find the bank transaction from when you purchased sashabunch.com and find the transaction ID from that statement. Providing that to us will verify ownership. If you find it, do not share it in these public forums, but you can use it to fill out the account form, or you can let me know and I will email you for the info.

  Hello,

  Thanks for getting back to me!

  I have an email from the 14.05.2019 debiting my PayPal account to renew my site domain. But as the site is still registered to an email I can’t access anymore I can’t change it in my gmail!

  I had the same problem last year.

  I tried the Transaktionscode from the PayPal email but it still doesn’t accept it in the recovery.

  Would really appreciate further help. Can I send an email with the confirmation not via the forum?
