Site disappeared

Help! My site said I had a critical big fix, and it directed me to Jetpack, which first gave me a line of code to fix, but I couldn’t get into my site at all so it suggested I disable Jetpack, now WordPress says I haven’t created any sites. Thank you
The site I need help with is contrazoompod.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hi there,
You are posting in the support forum for WordPress.com. We’re not the same thing as the WordPress software you used to create your site.
You don’t own any sites hosted with us, and as you disabled Jetpack you also don’t have any self-hosted WordPress sites connected to this account any more, so at the moment the message you’re seeing is accurate.
To reconnect Jetpack, you need to log into your WP-Admin dashboard, using the admin user credentials you received/created when you first installed WordPress on your server. Once you’re logged in, go to the plugins screen, reactivate Jetpack, and follow the prompts on the screen to reconnect your site to your WordPress.com account.
We don’t have access to your dashboard, and without an active Jetpack connection we have no access to any part of your site at all, so we cannot make this reconnection from our end.
If you don’t have the details to log into WP-Admin, please contact your hosting provider for help.
And for help with any issues related to the Jetpack plugin itself, please contact Jetpack support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ – you’ll need to register a username account on WordPress.org before you can post in that forum.

I can’t seem to figure out how to post pictures in this reply, but I don’t have an option for plugins when I sign in. I see the following options.
My Profile
Account Settings
Purchases
Security
Privacy
Manage Blogs
Notification Settings
Blocked Sites
Get AppsWhere would I find the Plugins section?
Many thanks

Hi there,
You should see the option for plugins under your dashboard:
If you are still having issues finding it, I would reach out the dotorg community for further assistance: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Thanks,
-
I’m not getting that option. I can only see what I posted. If you let me know how to post a screen shot I can do that.

It seems like your whole site is down, so you won’t be able to access the Dashboard at all, which would normally be under http://contrazoompod.com/wp-admin/
However, that is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support may also be able to help.

I have reached out to Google Domains then and hopefully they can help. It is frustrating that WordPress suggested I disable Jetpack and it completely removed my site.
-
This is what I got back from my host (Google Domains). Are you able to please assist with it now? I can’t access my back end at all in order to re-instate JetPack, something I only turned off because WordPress recommended me doing so to fix the critical error.
“Thanks for authenticating (email visible only to moderators and staff). I checked the DNS settings of contrazoompod.com and it shows that you have properly configured the A record given by WordPress. However, when I accessed contrazoompod.com, the landing page says ¨There has been a critical error on your website¨. This is an indicator that the publish settings of your website needs to be checked. I suggest that you contact WordPress Support so that they will be able check the publish settings.”

There’s no such thing as “WordPress Support”.
The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. Your site is not hosted on our servers, so we have no access to your site’s dashboard, and we have no ability at all to help you with this.
WordPress is the name of the software you’re using on your site. That software is made by a community of volunteers on WordPress.org, and they provide support for that software in the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but they have no access to your site’s dashboard, so no ability to check any settings. But they’re the best people to advise you on what you need to do to fix whatever is wrong here, so please post in that forum instead, as we’ve recommended several times now in this thread.
