Site Disappeared

I had a website http://www.kb-rhacs.com that was hosted through siteground.com, but I built the site using wordpress. I had an outdated credit card on file with siteground so when they were unable to renew my card back in June they just stopped hosting my site. I had no idea there was an issue until a customer told me my website wasn’t working. Now when I log in to wordpress nothing is visible either. I re-purchased my domain name through siteground. How do i restore my website? Is it possible? Am I able to get at least the content back from WordPress? It’s very upsetting that I put so much work into something that just disappeared.

Hi,
It looks like your site was using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but was hosted with another webhost (in your case Siteground). WordPress.com (the host) is related to WordPress.org (the open source software), but they are separate entities.
I would encourage you to talk to Siteground’s support team and ask them if they retained a backup of your site after your hosting was ended. If they did not, and you do not have your own backup locally downloaded, I’m afraid you may be out of luck.
