Site disappeared!

  Hello!
  I logged in to our site to delete an image, and before I could publish the change, the entire site went down. I got a 403 error for all pages. I figured out how to log back in, but now all of the site pages, posts, images, etc are gone. Can someone assist me? Thanks!
