site disappeared

  I tried to update WordPress and my whole site disappeared. It does not even show up in wordpress.com/sites.
  How can I recover it?
  I’m on a free plan with no backup/restore options.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact your hosting support to solve this problem.
