Site Disappeared After Disconnecting Jetpack

    Hi WordPress team,
    There was an error with my WordPress site. I said ‘too many redirects’ whenever I wanted to access the page. Then I went into the WordPress admin and disconnected jetpack. My plan was to reconnect jetpack and then see if that solves the issue. However, once I disconnected jetpack, my site disappeared completely. Would you be able to help me understand what went wrong and how to solve it?

    Hello Eva,

    Do you need help with, http://evaptrs.com/? If yes, this site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It means we would not be able to help with this site.

    Reconnecting Jetpack also will not help with this sort of issue.

    You would need to contact the hosting provider predominantly to find out what could be causing that issue.
