site disappeared from dashboard

    Hi! I had my wordpress site hosted with another platform and the subscription lapsed. I was looking to switch the site to wordpress hosting…and I don’t know what i did but my entire wordpress site disappeared from my dashboard! It’s just….gone. Is there anyway you can help me????

    Hello –

    Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Bluehost. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

    For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
