  HI there. Our site is hosted by BlueHost and they said that the reason our site is down is because the theme has been deactivated and needs updating. However I can’t login through the usual way (wpadmin) to update the theme. The theme is Activello – how do I re-install the theme?

  It sounds like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org website, which is different from a WordPress.com site.
