Site disconnected from Jetpack on Business Plan, support not responding

For the third time in a month, my site is disconnected from Jetpack. As a result, AI features are down, donation block is down, vaultpress is not visible, my site is not listed in my wordpress sites. No one is answering support chat, I’ve been waiting hours for someone to answer my support email. This is the third time in a month that this has happened, and I’m sick and tired of paying $300 a year for this so-called service.

Seems to be the issue for others too. It’s unbelievable that the so called support team is out of office for the weekend. Hopefully someone gets back on Monday. Mine has been down for 3 days now

I was able to reconnect the Jetpack token, checking the site health. But you’re right, this so called support is getting ridiculous. They think everything can be managed by the AI but it is not so.
