How do I set my theme so that when I list the link to the blog, the icon and site title appear? I’ve made sure to include media for icon and logo and set a title. I’ve also been sure to check that all options for allowing these to appear have been selected.

Have you tried using the Facebook debugger?We have no control over the images that Twitter, Facebook or any other social networks chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
