  Are you trying to remove all of your content, or change your theme, or both?

  Here are the instructions for deleting all of your posts, pages, categories, tags, and media from your website: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  If you want to change your theme, that’s an easy fix, just go here: https://wordpress.com/themes/, select the theme you want, and customize it https://en.support.wordpress.com/customize/
