Site does not exist.

    Dear All,

    Even though WordPress deducted the annual fee of EUR 99.00 from my PayPal account, my blog site and Premium Upgrade got deleted/ cancelled – though not by me -; why is that??
    Furthermore, I am therefore requesting a full refund within the next 7 days.

    To save you time we can try to determine relevant details such as which upgrade, which site URL and which username account is this about.

    How many username accounts and sites do you have? Maybe you failed to cancel one and disable auto renew.

    Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

    Thanks for your reply.
    The upgrade is called ‘WordPress.com Premium’ … It is my own and only WordPress.com account, so I am not confusing anything … The site URL used to be https://miss-fangtastic.com/ , but when typing it in, it changes to this https://en.wordpress.com/typo/?subdomain=miss-fangtastic and then stating that my original site/ URL does not exist.
    According to PayPal, the seller is WordPress.com and being registered under the e-mail address (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    It looks like the upgrades were removed due to a payment dispute. I can process a refund if you wish for the $99. It will take about ten days to reach you.     Good morning –

    I’ve processed the 99 Euro refund. The funds should reach you in about ten days. At that point it will be best to check with your financial party about any delays. They will have the details about when they’ll be releasing the money to your account.

    miss-fangtastic.com has been disconnected from WordPress.com now. You’ll want to change the name servers through your domain partner to point to your new service.
