  The site was set up a while ago and has NOT been working. Can you please help to get up and running? what is the problem???

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com. 

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
