site does not work at all

So far wordpress is a big disappointment.
yetserday i was able to upload a file (which i’ve now deleted), today it does not work, button to attach not responding.
also, profile picture not attaching, background changes not saving.
whats up with this, i thought it was supposed to be user friendly.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ve had your account for less than two days. Have you even bothered working through the tutorials so you actually know how WordPress.com works? A wheel is very simple and user-friendly, but it won’t work if you lay it down on the flat side instead of the round side. Same with WordPress.com – don’t expect it to work if you don’t follow the instructions.
Easiest way to quickly learn how everything works is to work through the “Learn WordPress” support doc (http://learn.wordpress.com/) and the “Video Quick Start” tutorial (http://en.support.wordpress.com/video-quick-start/).
If you still have questions after that, start a new thread in the forum, make sure the thread title clearly states your problem/question and add some tags(keywords) related to your question. That way you’re more likely to get a response.
