site does not work with WWW

  Hello
  I have a website: https://sctch.co.il
  when I use the https://www.sctch.co.il or http://www.sctch.co.il
  I get to a blank page with “hello world” text
  when I go to https://sctch.co.il it’s fine.
  I have tried 301 Redirects and it is the same.
  on this same server, I have another site: https://www.scts.co.il
  and it does work with WWW
  Please can you help

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

  Alternatively your hosting provider might also be able to help with this, so you can try contacting their support directly instead.
