Site doesn't completely load on one machine

  My site will load correctly on most devices but frequently will not load entirely on my computer. I have tried emptying cache and history, using different browsers (chrome and safari), and changing the theme to twentysixteen. I had previously been using blogum theme. Other wordpress sites such as fivethirtyeight.com also load simply on the computer. The text and images all loads and begins from the left (it looks like it has just been pasted into a text editor). Theme details do not load and admin dashboard loads simply as just text. Admin dashboard features are not accessible and I can’t publish a new post. I have no issues with any other sites. I am using a free wordpress account and have no plugins other than the free plan plugin suite (not sure if I can or need to disable them).
  Occasionally the site will load perfectly and work. On mobile devices it always loads correctly. I am using a macbook pro but the only problem is with my wordpress site. I think it is that the theme doesn’t activate. Any advice on what I can do other than clear history and cache for the computer?
  I was considering upgrading my domain and design options but unless I can consistently access the site from this computer I can’t do that.
