Site doesn't exist or is unavailable; no settings were changed
-
The site seems to have gone down, on the back end no settings have been changed and there have been no notifications of an issue.
When trying to go to the domain on different computers or browsers the error given is “site does not exist or is not available” or “Site cannot be reached” (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT).
How do I go about fixing this problem?

@gcstaffinfo it looks like the email address is unverified on the domain. Can you watch for that email to confirm the address?
-
I received the email to verify the new email address and followed the link. The current email should be verified.
-
@gcstaffinfo if you changed the email on the account, you’ll get a separate verification email for that. Once that is done you will also need to update and verify the email address on the domain.
