    Hi. My newly launched Site doesn’t show up in google search.

    Correct account: Yes

    That is because it is newly launched. Even Google doesn’t have super powers and can take weeks before new sites are noticed/crawled by their bots. Everything you post however WordPress.com will send ttheir way, Keep posting unique and interesting stuff on your site and Google (and the other search engines) will find it.
