Site doesn’t work after migrating

Hello, I tried to migrate my website to another hosting, nothing was wrong database loaded successfully, also files did but problem is that my page doesn’t load only /wp-admin page. Also I can’t login, when I type my login informations it doesn’t do anything, even when I tried wrong ones it didn’t even type any error. I tried to contact my Themes support (Divi) because there were some error on the page which said Divi is behind that but when I tried to disable that, site still wasn’t working. I don’t know what to do I’ve set php to 7.4 checked my database and FTP files, tried to disable themes and plugins but none of that worked, I would be glad if you could help me thank you!
