My site won’t load and I can’t access my WP dashboard either.
This has happened a few time recently and usually the site comes back in about an hour.My WordPress is completely up to date, as are my plugins, and I didn’t experience this problem until recent updates made about a month ago.
I am unable to determine what is causing this problem and need some hands-on assistance.
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
