    I think the form i was using for my site can no longer update – i cannot seem to log in to my site to update it. Can you help me update my site so that it works>

    Hello!
    I will suggest you contact your hosting provider to assist you with this as it appears your website is not hosted on WordPress servers.

    However, if you have access to your Cpanel, then you may want to deactivate all plugins to see if this issue arises because of a plugin conflict.
