  Hello, my site no longer works, and I had gotten an email that my password has been changed. I think I was hacked. What should I do?

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any password changes in the logs for your WordPress.com account you’re using to post here.

  Was the email regarding your admin account on https://nottooshab.com/?

  That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, just connected here via the Jetpack plugin, and we don’t have any control over your login details for that site.

  But I checked your domain, and it appears that it expired on 21 September. That is why the site is down – your domain provider has disabled the domain because you didn’t renew it. Most likely your hosting has also expired, and the password change was done by your hosting provider to lock you out of the site until you pay to renew it.

  Please contact your domain provider, Siteground.com, directly for help sorting this out.
