  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. You’ll have to fix this problem yourself; start by following the link Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress. If you need further help, post your question in the wordpress.org forums, https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
  FYI: if your site would have been running on our wordpress.com platform, our teams would take care over such problems.
