  Looks like the domain saramellas.com is not hosted at WordPress.com but at bluehost.

  Looking at the WHOIS information – you can see the domain is also expired, which is probably the reason you’re seeing an issue: https://www.whois.com/whois/saramellas.com

  You can get in touch with Bluehost support here: https://www.bluehost.com/contact and they should be able to sort you out.
