  My site is down, I have tried troubleshooting guides located on the Jetpack website. It reccomended that I disconnect and reconnect to Jetpack. I disconnected but not the option to reconnect has vanished.

  I visited your site, and although it took a bit to load, it is visible and accessible on my end. Are you now able to view the site? If you want to reconnect Jetpack, you can follow the instructions on our support pages:

  Did you notice if the site was accessible as soon as you deactivated Jetpack?
