  our website is down and our redirect no longer works …thoughts?

  Hi there!

  I just visited https://svgs.k12.va.us and noticed it’s loading your WordPress.com site without any issues. Are you still unable to view your site?

  I also found that you purchased a Site Redirect upgrade, which is meant for when you want to redirect a WordPress.com address to a different/external site. That doesn’t seem to be the case here, so you can actually cancel the Site Redirect upgrade and get a refund.

  Please go to this link and look for the cancel/remove option at the bottom of the page to cancel the Site Redirect purchase.
