  Hi our ministry’s site has been down for a long time. At first, it gave an error message, as if one of our plugins was malfunctioning. We haven’t even been able to log into the dashboard. Now it won’t load the page at all. We’re all volunteers with very limited webpage experience, which is why we went with WP. We haven’t had the time to try to fix things. If we could just get into the dashboard, we would be thankful. Our website is really helpful for bringing in donations and getting volunteers. Any help would be appreciated.

  I checked your site, and it looks like your site is a self-hosted WordPress site, not hosted on WordPress.com (you can read about the differences here).
