  My site is http://www.iebdefiladelfia.org and I am apparently having some kind of cookie issue that had incopasitated one of my apps and now has rendered my site giberish.

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

  The http://www.iebdefiladelfia.org site is on hostgator. Does that make a difference?

  Host gator is not WordPress.COM – you need to ask at WordPress.ORG for help
