  Hi – our WordPress site mktpoint.com is down. ‘Error establishing a database connection ‘ is appearing when trying to view the website. This is serious, we need our website up and running, technical don;t seem to be about to access anything to find a fix. PLease can you help?

  Hi @rebeccajoanned – mktpoint.com is not a WordPress.com site. It is a self hosted site using WordPress.org. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are entirely different, if you like, you can read more about the differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
