  Can you help me understand why my website is down? it looks like something with the domain and I just renewed it through you,

  The domain name you posted is still available for registration. Please make sure that you have successfully registered/renewed it.

  I can see that domain expired quite a while ago and was automatically removed from the account in January 2018 once it failed to get renewed.

  annawinbergphotography.com can be registered again, as new, by clicking on My Sites – Domains – Add

  The premium plan has also expired from your account, and you’ll need that in order to register annawinbergphotography.com again. Add it via https://wordpress.com/pricing/ Or you can chose the plan that best works for you.

  Write back to me here if you have any other trouble with this. Once you get annawinbergphotography.com registered it should automatically connect to your free site at annawinberg.wordpress.com. Things should look just as you left them last.
