  I have been recently sent a login for two WP sites. I was able to successfully log into the sites initially but they do not appear in my sites list.
  Do I have the correct permissions and how can I get the sites back asap please?

  What are the URLs of the sites you are trying to log into?

  They are both WP sites, I have been given admin access but cannot see the back end of the site. They are http://www.indyonline.co.uk and http://www.cornwalltoday.co.uk

  Good Morning –

  Both of those domains are registered through 123-Reg, and look to be hosted there as well. This means that they’re set up on the other version of WordPress. That’s the open source software. It’s different from what we provide here at WordPress.com.
