site down after transfer

    Hi, I’ve been transferred my website from the person who made it but during the transfer the website has totally disappeared – it was http://www.sociusmedia.co.uk – I’m hoping there’s a button you can press to bring it back because on my end it looks like its totally gone

    Hi there, I see you have a Personal plan here on WordPress.com which is associated with http://massimoskyltd.wordpress.com/, but the domain you mention sociusmedia.co.uk doesn’t appear to be associated with your WordPress.com account at this time.

    I see that sociusmedia.co.uk is pointing to our servers, but massimoskyltd.wordpress.com definitely looks pretty empty.

    Did the person who built your site provide any specifics about what WordPress.com plan it used, and did they take any specific actions to transfer the site to you?
