Site down after trying to change domain

Hi there,
I recently tried to change the domain of https://sportgivesback.trackacademy.co.uk to https://sportgivesback.com by changing the URL in settings as per a guide I found. Since then I’ve been locked out of the website with this message:
This site can’t be reached
sportgivesback.com refused to connect.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
I cannot access the back end of the website to try and fix the problem. Can anyone help please?

Hi there – The site you have there is a self-hosted site and not hosted here with us at WordPress.com, but I can offer a little guidance. What you’re experiencing does happen from time to time. There are many similar asks for help that you can find when searching. Like this one for example. Give that a look. If it doesn’t help you get this back on track, you’ll want to post for help in the WordPress.org community support forums (instead of here): https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
