Site down and administrator out of office – what can we do?

    Hi everyone, the blog that we run using WordPress is unexpectedly down this morning. (“Site can’t be reached”, “Took too long to respond”, “403 Forbidden”) Unfortunately the administrator of the site, who also manages the subscription with WP, is on holiday and we thus have no access to site administration or customer support to address the issue. What options, if any, do we have to get the site up and running again?

    just FYI:
    – We’ve tried accessing on multiple devices and browsers
    – The online checker websites are report that the site is still up for everyone else, but that seems to not be the case…
    – As far as I can tell, the site went down by itself, and not after any particular updates that we made
