Site down and locked out

    I need help from WordPress, my website is down – it shows as a white screen only, and my username is denied so I can’t get in. How can I speak to someone who can offer the support o need.

    Ah… the delights of WordPress. My blog is fine, my website http://www.hebberts.com is where the problem is, unfortunately it’s on a separate account as a legacy of my web developer. And I can’t even access it. Hence needing some internal support.

If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they likely have more experience with the type of issue you are having.
