Site down; can’t access

  We have a site created in WordPress by someone we paid. Our site is currently down and we don’t have a way to reach WordPress to find out what’s wrong. Frustrated.

  Your site was most likely created using the open source version of WordPress, found on WordPress.org, and hosted by another provider. In that case, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider directly for help.

  The forum you’re posting in now is for WordPress.com, also a hosting provider, and not the same thing as the WordPress software. We can only help with sites that are hosted with us.
