  Hello! So I’ve had this website for over a year now and suddenly when I go to the page to visit it, it’s shut down// not responding. When I try to log into it as well, the username and email seemed to be messed up as well. I would like to know why it is down and what I need to do to fix it, thank you!

  It sounds as though you’re using the self-hosted WordPress.org whereas you’ve landed here on the WordPress.com forums which is for the managed hosting solution.
