Site down cant access
-
I believe this site was owned by an employee that is no longer with the company. And it was linked to her personal email address. The billing probably needs to be updated. I am an admin but I cannot even access the back end due to critical error.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you. As mentioned the owner of the site no longer is with our company, and its linked to her personal email which I don’t have access to it. If anything I want to just make sure the billing is up to date, but I cant contact anyone to do so. The main thing is to get the site back up. I can work through account transfer after getting it back up.

Hey @jkesterabnsorg,
If you are in contact with the site owner, you can ask her to transfer the site to you by following the steps here:
You can transfer ownership of a site and its related purchases by following the steps in this guide. Step 1: Start the Transfer To begin the process of transferring your site to a new owner, the current owner must take the following steps: Visit your site’s dashboard and navigate to Settings → General (Or, Hosting → Settings if using WP-Admin). Scroll down to the “Site tools” sectioIf you are not able to recover the site directly, we can open an ownership dispute and start the process to potentially move the site to your account through that process.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply. We aren’t getting much traction on the site transfer. Can you please guide me to how to start the ownership dispute process?
Thanks. -

Thank you. I have replied to the email help@wordpress.com but I don’t seem to be getting any response. I think the transfer was initialed but when I click the “join” button to accept the request from the email i received i get:
The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport error – HTTP status code was not 200 (500) [-32300]
The site is still down and I need to get it back up. I am guessing billing is an issue, can you please put me in touch with someone who can help?
Thanks.

Hello, is there anyway to contact support? I am happy to pay for any support that can be provided. I cannot take ownership of the site because it is down and in an error state. I cant contact support because I cant take ownership. I need to get this site back up. There has to be some way I can get support.
Thanks.

@jkesterabnsorg It looks like our Support team already responded to your email earlier today. Since your issue involves account access and transfer of ownership, we’re unable to address it through the public support forums and encourage you to continue corresponding via email. However, please know that our support team is working on a higher than normal support volume and will respond to your messages as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
