Site down, can’t log in: Domain host says DNS and IP are not directed correctly

  My host is Bluehost. I have their correct name servers and IP to give you. I contacted Wild West LLC (the domain registrar), but because I purchased the domain through you (WordPress.com), they said I must contact you to fix this. My site has been down at least all day. Please help ASAP.

  Agh, I *had* a custom domain name LDAlexander.com. (No WordPress.com.) The older version of ldalexander.wordpress.com will appear if using the longer URL (rather than redirecting), but LDAlexander.com will not. Please help!
