site down, changing themes

  Last week, we could not login and update our website. We changed themes to Holy church recently and were rebuilding the pages. Our hosting has been paid. Our website is completely down. It had been up and running the week before and we used/ created this website for a number of years. How do we get help for this problem when we cannot login?
